I wanted to send you this Big Thank You for your help last month....I was feeling a little down having just broken my wrist....I'm so glad I stopped by am very grateful for all your help on my wedding set.....It is truly beyond beautiful, the quality and workmanship is absolutely top notch....I’m so proud and excited to show off my new set…It is the most stunning jewelry I have ever worn! Thank you, thank you---you were wonderful to work with...I'm still in physical therapy for my wrist. Guest: dedicated to excellent service
I purchased my engagement ring from Warren but moved to Milwaukee since then.......now, we needed wedding bands...As we were visiting over the Labor Day weekend, Warren was willing to meet us at the store ON MONDAY LABOR DAY.....He not only assisted us with the selection process...but found bands for both of us that fit absolutely perfectly!! I guess it was just meant to be!

G.C. Cleveland: Warren was so accomodating......
I wouldn't be wearing gorgeous 2ct diamond solitair earrings without Warren's tremendous (and generous) assistance.....He allowed us to trade in my smaller earrings and some old unwanted scrap gold towards a stunning pair of sparkling diamond earrings......He also converted a pearl strand of mine into a fashionable triple-strand bracelet.....My husband and I would return to work with Warren on our next project!!!

Joseph Caruso: A Real Life-Saver!
I was in a bind, as many men often are....last minute gift buying...Jeanie and her team helped me out big time and I was able to tell them a little about my girlfriend and then they helped me find something that wasn't such a last minute gift at all, rather something that seemed like I had put a ton of thought and care into it.
